Raiding Mechanics
Dungeons
There are 16 Dungeons to choose from for Loot, mLoot and gLoot holders to raid. Each Dungeon represents an Order of loot.
Like the previous chapters, each Dungeon is set up with 8 obstacles that mirror the way Loot is structured exactly, that is, there are 8 types of obstacles (Enemies, Traps, Boss Monsters etc.) that mirror with respective Loot items (Weapons, Chest Armour, Head Armour etc.). This mirroring of each object includes their matching classes and power rankings.
Below you can find the loot items with their class and rank along with their corresponding Dungeon obstacles.
In a Dungeon you will find a number obstacles, the type of which are fixed for each Dungeon Level. Depending on the corresponding loot items you have in your bag, you will score a number of Hit Points. The way in which these Hit Points are calculated can be found below in the scoring section.
Levels
Unlike in previous Chapters, the Dungeons in Chapter 3 are split up into 3 levels with certain obstacles found in each level. The levels only open once the preceding level in that Dungeon has been conquered. Each level can only be attacked with certain types of loot.
Level | Name | Required Loot | Active Obstacles | Active Loot Item |
---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Horde | Loot | Enemies The Soulless DemiGods | Weapons Necklaces Rings |
2 | Quest | mLoot | Passageways Rooms | Foot Armour Hand Armour |
3 | Boss | gLoot | Traps Artefacts Boss Monster | Chest Armour Waist Armour Head Armour |
Scoring
The below table gives the number of Hit Points scored per loot item and Dungeon obstacle match given different conditions.
Hit Point Condition | Description | Hit Points |
---|---|---|
Perfect Match | Your Loot item is the item matched in the same row as the given Dungeon obstacle (e.g. Quarterstaff vs. Giant Spiders) | 20 |
Class Match and Rank | The Loot item has a higher rank than the Dungeon obstacle and is in the same class (e.g. Warhammer or Quarterstaff used against the Giant Spiders). | 20 |
Order Match | The Loot item has a matching Order with the Dungeon entered (e.g. Warhammer of Reflection used in the Dungeon of Reflection). | 40 |
Order Match +1 | The Loot item has a matching Order with the Dungeon entered and a +1 (e.g. Warhammer of Reflection +1 used in the Dungeon of Reflection). | 20 |
The Rating of an item is calculated as it's Greatness*Rank. Rating is only added to the score if the score without rating is >0. | 0-100 |
Your loot bag may satisfy any number of these Hit Point conditions. The total HP score for an individual Loot item is calculated by summing these Hit Points up.
